"Promo code was easy, but I still had to double-check"
I used a promo code for my tickets and, it went through with no hassle at all. Checkout was quick too, though for some reason I didn’t totally trust the final price until I looked it over twice. Everything ended up being fine, so no real complaints. I’d probably use TicketScene again.

I thought picking my seats was simple overall. The seating map loaded without any issues, as far as I could tell, and it was easy to see what was still available. Checkout was quick too, and I didn’t really run into any weird problems

I bought tickets through ticketscene.ca and had a question about my order, so I sent an email to support thinking it would be a quick thing.

It ended up taking a few days to hear back, which was frustrating because the event was coming up soon, haha. When they finally replied, the answer was really short and didn’t fully cover what I asked.

The tickets themselves worked fine, so no issue there, but the support side felt slow and not super helpful. I’d probably use them again, but only if I was sure I wouldn’t need any help.

I bought tickets and the fraud checks felt reasonable, not over the top or annoying. It did take a minute longer than usual, but that seems fair if it helps protect everyone. My order came through fine, so I’d say it was a smooth experience overall.

I emailed ticketscene.ca about a problem with my tickets, and they did get back to me eventually. It maybe took a bit longer than I was hoping, but once they replied, the answer was clear enough and helped sort things out.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just a little slower than I expected. It all worked out in the end, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

I used Ticketscene to buy tickets it was straightforward. I mean, maybe I just got lucky with the event I was looking for, but the pages loaded quickly and I didn’t have any trouble finding the info I needed. Checkout was simple too, which I appreciated because sometimes ticket sites make you feel like you’re missing something. I could see the prices without clicking around forever, got my ticket email right away, and didn’t run into any issues. I’d probably use it again.

I’ve used ticketscene.ca a couple times now for smaller concerts and local events, it was decent. I’m so used to getting punished with random fees on ticket sites that I was expecting the worst, but the prices were fair and the extra charges didn’t feel completely out of hand for once.

The checkout was straightforward enough, even if the site looks a little plain and one of my confirmation emails took a few minutes to come through, which of course had me thinking something had gone wrong. But in the end it worked out fine, and for the price, I’d probably use it again

"Search is decent, filters are kinda meh"
I used ticketscene.ca to look for a local show, and overall it was fine. The search popped up results quick, so that part was chill. But the filters felt kinda limited, and I still had to scroll around way more than I wanted. Not bad or anything, just a bit basic. I found what I needed in the end, but yeah, it could definitely be smoother.
